Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

 

RV Payment Policy

Daily Stays- Any reservation for 6 days or less, the customer must pay 100% of the amount due at time of booking

Weekly Stays- Any reservation between 7-28 days, the customer must pay 50% of the total amount due at time of booking

Extended Stays- Any stay greater than 30 days. A non-refundable prepayment of $500 must be paid to confirm the reservation. This amount comes off of the first month’s rent.

 

RV Cancellation and Refund Policy

Daily Stays- There is a $25 cancellation fee regardless of notice given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, there is no refund offered.

Weekly Stays- There is a $25 cancellation fee regardless of notice given. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the 50% prepayment that was made to secure the reservation becomes non-refundable

Extended Stays- Upon cancellation, regardless of the amount of notice given, the $500 prepayment of the first month’s rent that was paid to secure the site becomes non-refundable.

Additional Terms & Conditions

By providing a credit or debit card at the time of booking or check-in, the guest authorizes Oak Wood Management to charge the card on file for all charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to room charges, taxes, fees, incidentals, damages, and any unpaid balances. The guest further agrees that Oak Wood Management may charge the card on file without additional notice for any outstanding balance due at or after check-out. This authorization remains valid for up to 30 days following the guest’s departure to allow for the processing of any additional charges.

**Consent to Photography and Recording**
While on the premises of any campground or facility managed by Oak Wood Management, its agents and subsidiaries, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may occur for promotional and marketing purposes. By remaining on-site, you grant Oak Wood Management and its affiliates the right to capture and use your image, likeness, and/or voice.**Usage of Media**
You authorize Oak Wood Management, its agents and subsidiaries to use these images or recordings, without limitation, in print or digital materials including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, websites, social media platforms, and other marketing communications. All such uses shall be without compensation to you.

**No Further Approval Required**
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media content or the use to which it may be applied.

**Opt-Out Option**
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify campground staff upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request and respect your privacy.

**Minors**
For guests under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for participation in any photos or recordings used for promotional purposes. We will also obtain verbal consent w/r/t pictures taken that include minors. 

**Release of Liability**
You release and discharge Oak Wood Management, its agents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of such media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

Oak Wood (OW) Properties trading as Florida Camp Inn RV Park will not share or sell subscriber information with third parties for marketing purposes. Guests who opt in may receive SMS before, during, or after their stay. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
